Major major catch up.........

Dear Dad

I know it's really late in England but mum and me have got jet lag , so I thought I would write to you.
I had a really great time seeing you and miss you so much now it's really sad , but I know it's only 3 weeks until you will be back with me forever.
We had a good flight home In the nice comfy seats I watched the green hornet , kids tv shows and when mum was a sleep I went to the kitchen area and got some sweets ( ssh don't tell mum I actually went twice ha ha.
I have to go to school in 6 hours so I better try and sleep now.

Love you lots and lots and miss you so much and I am so proud of you .

Major catch up to day 66

Dear Dad ....

Well its been 8 years and this is the first fathers day I wont have seen you , but i will let you off as you are doing a great thing to help sick children and also cancer patients and for that dad, I am so proud to call you my dad :-).
I am saving your cards and presents for when i see you on July 9th , one question do you think we will have chance to have boys night when i am there , i have got some dvd's to bring ?!!
Also mum and me had a dance off on friday night, I am thinking we could put some music on and do some crazy dancing in the RV I know you just might do a crazy shuffle as your legs might be tired !
I have spoken to you loads so you know what i have been doing . tomorrow is school trip day and we are going to TheForbidden Corner which i am really looking forward too .

Finally hope you have a great day and that i manage to talk to you it would be great to skype . We are going to Nanna and Grandads for tea but will be home if you want to skype about 8 ish before I go to bed .

Catch up to day 41

Dear Dad....

Sorry I haven't written I have been on holiday this week . Each day I went to the kids club at school , I really enjoyed it . The best day was tuesday as mum and me went to see Take That it was awesome and I am so excited to go again next week with Aunty Sara Steve and Mum. The next best day was Thursday we went to Beamish Wild it was brilliant , the bast thing was archery , I saw birds of prey , and then climbed the biggest tree and zoomed down zip wires. The only bad thing was is was so hot but it was still the best day.
This weekend we went to get some new school uniform from the metro centre , you never guess what mum and me did...... We went to the place where the fish nibble your feet , it was weird at first but then it was like loads of little fish kissing your feet , both mine and mums feet were so soft after. I then when to get my hair cut , no here is the problem , mum told the hairdresser I wanted my hair like Justin Bieber and I really didn't want it like his as I am not a fan . Anyway in the end it looks really cool but it's my haircut not Justin Biebers!!!
Anyway tomorrow we are going to see Aunty Joyce for brunch I am not sure what that is but mum says it's breakfast at lunch time . Then we are off to Nanna and Grandads for tea.
Back to school tomorrow and then only 5 weeks until I see you !!

Catch up to Day 34

Dear Dad....

Hope you are doing ok , I really enjoyed speaking to you on Skype last night even though it was really late!!
I have been a bit bored this weekend and wished you were here so we could do boys things together (no offence mum!):-)
I have drawn some pictures of different guns for you ,I loved the pictures of you shooting .

I am on school holidays this week and will be going to the kids club while mum is at work. Tuesday we are going to Take That I am really exited but a bit worried about the drunks but I know will protect me.
We have just had spag Bol for tea it was delicious .

Any way I must go as having a bath before britains got talent .

Day 20-25

Dear Dad

Sorry I haven't written all week , it sure has been a busy one. Hope you run is going well and you are being careful . It was great to talk on Skype the other night I couldn't stop laughing.
Tonight mum and me are watching Gullivers travels and having an earlyish night . I will write more tomorrow but I will leave you with joke of the day or should that be week ......

Day 19 and 20

Dear Dad


How are things with you.

I have had a great weekend yesterday we went stayed at home in the morning while mum did some jobs . We then went to the farm shop and bought chicken , vegetables and bread . Today we have been to visit Aunty Ann and Louise and I saw Holly we had a good play . Then I went to see Ben and Beth , Dan was there too so we all played in the garden , it was awesome. We then went to Nanna and Grandads for tea so we have had a busy day . Anyway we are home now I am ready for bed as it's early to bed for school tomorrow.

Day 17 and 18

Dear Dad


Sorry it's was not my fault I haven't written the blog site wasn't working .

How are you doing ? Can't wait to hear about Las Vegas .

Well I have some bad news and good news I did my audition today I got into the top 3 for bugsy Malone , bad news I got pipped to the post by a boy in year 6 . Good news is I am the Understudy for Fat Sam so if the boy who was chosen is sick I get to be fat Sam , not that it's good if he is sick - oh you know what I mean.
Tonight I have been playing on the x box and mum and me were going to watch a film but mum is so tired as I was a fidget last night and kept her awake all night.

Anyway must go as it's nearly time for bed hope to speak to you over the weekend .

Day 15 and 16

Dear Dad

Sorry I didn write last night I stayed at Nanna and Grandads with mum as she was going to Edinburgh this morning. I had a busy few days at school , and today we did road safety again which was good. I am shattered again tonight so not going to write to much more as I spoke to you earlier.

Hope today is good and don't forget to take a picture of the sign for me in Las Vegas .

Day 14

Dear Dad

Today was another day at school , Mrs Renwick was back from her trip to France . We did literacy , numeracy and science today it was really good . For lunch I has sausage roll tatie chips and spaghetti hoops followed by a yummy yoghurt .
At playtime and lunchtime we were solving a very important mystery I can't tell you what it is it's top secret !
You missed an awesome thunderstorm and lightening storm , it was scary but good scary .

Hope today goes well for you and you manage to keep you warm.

I am going to bed now as I am shattered , joke of the day is Why does can Peter Pan always fly ..... Because he can neverland .... Get it .

Day 13

Dear Dad

I can't believe it's been 13 days since you left from Newcastle. I think we need a Skype call soon as I don't want to forget what you look like :-).
Today we had a lie in until 9 and then mum let me play on the x box whilst she did some jobs.it also poured with rain and made the sky not work . We then went to the garden centre to buy some weed killer as the rockery is so overgrown we must sort it out . Mum will put the weed killer on and then once all the new soil is down I will help planting the stuff.
I am having pasta with tomato for tea and then mum and me are going to watch Animals United in bed .

I hope your being careful running through the desert hope there is no snakes !!

Day 11 & 12

Dear Dad

Sorry I didn't write yesterday , after school mum and me went to Nanna and Grandads , for tea and a sleepover. I have been playing swing ball with Nanna and Uncle John today .Also Nanna and Grandad took me to toys r us, remember me telling you that me and grandad made up a special day called grandsons day , well this was my present , I got a massive tub of army figures and a spy net torch it's awesome . Mum and me then went shopping this afternoon to get some food it was a bit boring ! Mum hasn't been very well so we are just chilling out now watching a movie .
Hope you are feeling strong and I am a bit worried you aren't putting enough suncream on you look quite red in your picture , so remember two things loads of water and slip slap slop.

Day 10

Dear Dad ...

I know I have only just spoken to you but I couldn't hear you very well it sounded really busy . Well today was another hectic day at school . This morning I was very tired  and couldn't get out of bed so I didn't get to school until 8:45 so I only had a bit of play time . After that I had registration with Mr Gray , then we did literacy we wrote about a Pharaohs curse - as its all about Egypt right now, we are reading a great book called There is a Pharoah in our bath . After that I went swimming , first of all we used a float to practice front crawl legs , then we did the pencil for our arms ( for those of you who don't know what a pencil is you quite simply but your arms like a pencil and do front crawl arms). We then had lunch I had Pizza , Pasta with spag hoops , followed by yummy chocolate cake and custard .It was then playtime which was fun . We then continued with Pharoahs curse, and after school finished I went to kids club ,then I spoke to you.
I might go and play outside now and have an adventure . Before I forget mum took a picture of the tree that I was telling you had blossomed in our driveway so here you go .

Day 9

Dear Dad

How are you today , I heard you got into some bother with some dogs hopefully they didn't annoy you too much I know your not a dog fan.
Anyway back to business today was all about school I had a great day , I got to school early so I could play with my friends . I then did a maths challenge it was tough you know !
I then learnt about commas and how to use them which was good. After that we had playtime , then did some more work . For lunch I had a roast chicken dinner and for pudding a biscuit with a chocolate button on top it was scrumdiliumptus.
After lunch I did road safety with the traffic ladies and one traffic man it was really good and we even went out of the school onto Hunters close.
Then we sat in a circle and shared news from our holidays I told them all about my trip to lytham st annes it was the best.
Tonight I am going to read my book to mum and then have an early night so I can get up and get to school even earlier tomorrow , early starts mean for playtime for me.
Anyway keep drinking and hope no dogs come after you today maybe if you got a bone or a ball and throw it really far they will go away mmm but then they will think you are playing with them so maybe not a good idea.

Day 8

Dear Dad

How are you doing I feel like I haven't spoken to you for ages .

I went back to school today it was a tough job getting out of bed , but I made it . Today I have done science and literacy it was good but I am shattered now , it's hard work going to school you know! I did have curry and rice for my lunch it was really nice.
Anyway hope I get to speak to you later, mum has got the Skype thingy working now so we might get to use it if your free before I go to bed which will be at 8 tonight (boo!!)

Remember to keep drinking water as I checked the weather and it's boiling hot.

Day 7

Dear Dad

I am writing this early in the hope that you get to read it before you start running.

It's only 12:25 here but we have done loads already , firstly I had a big bowl of cookie crisp with ice cold milk for my breakfast . Then I went on a mission in the garden with my toy gun it was a tough one but I defeated the enemy phew ! Mum went on the treadmill and I had a go on your spinning bike but it was too hard , so I just pestered mum until she finished :-).
Mum and me then had a dance battle on the kinect and I am going to play motion sports now.

It's back too school tomorrow (boo!!!!) but I am looking forward to seeing my friends ,Mrs Renwick won't be there as she has gone to France to visit the twin school , but Mr Gray will be teaching us.

Day 6

Dear Dad

Hope your ok been thinking about you starting your run today , hope it's going well and it's not too hot.
I haven't been very well today I was sick last night all over the bed !! Mum cleared it all up and we went back to sleep until 10:00 this morning . I played on the x box while mum did some cleaning. We then went to Nanna and Grandads for a BBQ and I had a chicken kebab with BBQ sauce yum yum. I am going to sleep now will hopefully speak to you tomorrow

Day 3,4 & 5

Dear Dad

Sorry I haven't written but I have been having loads of fun . Wednesday and Thursday I went to football and it was really good fun but very tiring.
After football me and mum went to pick mums car up from the garage before setting off to go and visit Aunty Sara . We had a great time I played nerf dart attack , ran in the sprinkler and got covered in wet grass a little bit went on Aunty Sara and Steves new carpet - whoops !!!. Today we went to lytham st annes , mum showed me all the places she had lived and the school she went too . The best bit was going on a motor boat , trampolines and the train , then I got a new James Bond Car it's your favourite it's an Aston Martin it's awesome.
We are home now and I am watching Britains got talent with mum it's good.

Anyway hope your having a good time and looking forward to see if FaceTime is going to work tonight.

Day 1 -2

Dear Dad....

Sorry I didn't write to you last night I had a really bad headache and a sore foot from playing football . Mum said she was really proud of me after leaving you at the airport , I told her I was going to be a man about it and just focus on my football , I did miss seeing your face though when I told you how many goals I had scored .
Well the last few days have been all about football , and tonight I am going to watch WWE , have a bath and then an early night .
Hope you are having a good time don't forget your not on holiday you are on a mission :-) Proud of you Dad .

Me, mum and dad are going to the park later , it will be mine and dads last time until August 12th. I am going to spend as much time with my dad , playing games and other good stuff before he leaves for America on Tuesday.
